How will future generations look back on what we are doing now? Will they see us as reactionary or as parents, grandparents and great grandparents that anticipated future issues and addressed them before they became problems?

(water issue) In the early 1990’s, 9 Mile Reservoir was destroyed rather than repaired. We will need more water reserve capacity soon.
